Doha Bank has announced that Standard & Poors (S&P) Rating Services
have rated the bank with A-/A-2 on its long and short-term
counterparty and assigned the bank with a stable outlook.
The stable outlook assigned by S&P reflected Standard & Poors
expectations that Doha Bank will continue to strengthen its market
profile and retain a solid financial position.
With the high credit rating which has been assigned to Doha Bank, the
rating agency (S&P) further observed that these ratings reflect Doha
banks very strong financial performance, improved asset quality
enhanced by superior portfolio granularity compared with its peers in
the industry as well as robust liquidity.
